An internet marketing company is seeking for exceptionally talented and motivated team leader to take on and lead and manage a team of 3 ninja front end web developers and be in charge of building responsive and elegant, mobile first web applications.The position includes: Design and implementation of new user facing mobile features. Develop websites and applications to support diverse clients from desktop to mobile.
3+ years of experience in web applications development with an emphasis on the front-end
Thorough understanding of HTML5 and familiarity with supporting APIs
Development experience with HTML, CSS3, and AJAX, JSON
Vast knowledge and experience of 3 years in JQuery, JS, Bootstrap Frameworks
JavaScript expertise well beyond the use of JQuery (valid code to JavaScript W3C standards)
Familiarity with the HTTP protocol and XHRs
Experience using templating engines to produce markup
Very strong CSS skills and knowledge of best practices
Ability to organize large-scale applications using common JavaScript patterns
Passionate about all aspects of development. We are not above debating tabs versus spaces
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to properly mitigate them
Experience in writing optimal code for search engines and to optimize loading time of pages (without use code writing tools)
Strong professional ability to transfer accurately and optimally design in PSD format to HTML/CSS
Views software development as a craft rather than just a job
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Ability to be self-managed while working to set timelines
