We’re looking for a Business Analytics Manager to lead our Business Analytics team.

As a Business Analytics manager you’ll keep Wix at the top of its game by supervising our analytics measurement processes and implementing company-wide changes. When it comes to Big Data, you see beyond the numbers and deliver key business insights. You’ll bring professional knowledge from 3 spheres: a deep technology background, financial and operational expertise, and the analytical skills to apply results and drive innovation across the company. In short, you’re a problem-solver who understands how to effectively quantify business performances and help us work better.

Inform, influence, support, and execute data analysis projects to drive product decisions
Apply quantitative analysis expertise to develop predictive models and algorithms that support business decisions
Work cross-functionally with all business domains
Develop best practices, such as A/B testing analyses, for data collections and experimentation.
Effectively communicate data results to product engineering team
Explore new technologies, innovative instrumentation and data collection to develop unique data sources and utilize them

5+ years of business analysis experience
Results-oriented and self-driven with the ability to communicate data analyses in a clear and effective manner
Experience with at least one scripting/modelling language (Python/Matlab/R/Scala)
Advanced knowledge of relational databases and query languages (SQL)
Ability to initiate and drive research projects from start to completion with minimal guidance
Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hadoop) - advantage
