Israel Experience Birthright Registration Manager
The Registration manager will oversee the entire Birthright Israel registration process, which includes communication with applicants, group formation, and 24/7 customer service.

The manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing a strategic recruitment plan for each session, together with the entire recruitment team, communication with the marketing team and effectively implements customer service for all applicants.

Relevant candidates will have:
• have previous management experience.
• skills in both customer service and registration processes.
• familiarity with the North-American Jewish community.
• be a Native English speaker – essential .
• be competent in Hebrew - preferred.
• have experience and knowledge of the Taglit Birthright Israel registration processes –preferred.
• have experience with Salesforce CRM - preferred.
This is a full time job and can be based either in TLV or in Jerusalem
Start date – as soon as possible
