Komoona is looking for an experienced media buying team leader to lead the growth of Komoona's online publisher business. This high-visibility role will lead the acquisition, retention and development of Komoona's publisher base with the goal of driving deployment of Komoona's ad technology across desktop and mobile inventory

Native English level – must
Minimum of 2 years managing high-performance media buying team
Minimum of 4 years in a role negotiating partnerships with large publishers
Self-starter with ability to own negotiation process from initial approach to close
Deep understanding of the RTB/Exchange eco system
A highly motivated team player able to work in a fast paced environment
Analytical and detail oriented
BS/ BA degree – preferred

Manage the media buying team
Evaluate and implement strategic distribution opportunities
Understand the needs of online publishers and how Komoona's technologies improve their business
Develop publisher prospect lists including identifying key decision makers at target prospects
Represent Komoona at leading online publisher conferences
Collect and communicate feedback from publishers to Product Development team in order to enhance the Komoona product suite
Partner with Account Management team to ensure smooth post-deployment relationships with new clients
