We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with meticulous attention to details, have exceptional ownership and managerial skills and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure as well as effectively interact and communicate with all employees.

The Project Manager shall have the overall responsibility for effectively managing the project(s) on hand and ensure smooth running thereof. He/she will assume full responsibility implementing and enforcing all deadline, as well as adherence to all protocols and procedures.

Needs to exhibit leadership skills, as well as possess ability to effectively communicate and relate with staff (internal and external).
Ability to implement ideas and ensure the adherence to deadlines.
Ability to effectively work under high stress environment.
Good researching skills as well as educate and train junior staff.
Manage staff in matrix format.
Will be the project focal point for all company departments (clinical, regulatory, and marketing) as well as report directly to management regarding project progress

Experience in working in the medical device field – Mandatory
Academic Degree of Engineering (either Electronic, Computer Science) – Mandatory
Experience in managing team players and contributors, in order to ensure all relevant parties adhere to deadlines
Ability and experience in working with a multidisciplinary work environment
Ability to manage subcontractors
Ability to adhere to timelines and good time management skills
He/she should be organized, analytical and self-confident
English Proficiency (verbal and written) at very high level – mandatory
Team player
