Define data structures to meet business requirements
Automate data and analytical processes
Build business oriented reports and dashboards
Define business KPIs to reflect health and growth of the business

2+ years of software development experience.
Experience working with columnar databases (preferably Vertica)
Broad experience working with reporting tools (preferably Tableau), including experience with dashboards and reports automation and distribution.
Broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics, SQL data stores, data modeling and data management.
Experience with big data technologies, like Hadoop or other map reduce technology is a big plus
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals.
Ability to communicate well with infrastructure and data teams as well as with account managers and management.
Quick learning skills – ability to learn new technologies and business matters.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
