What are we looking for:

An outstanding UI/UX director to be competent in all of facets of the design process, and exceptionally talented and skilled in Interaction and Information Architecture Design.

A well-rounded UX/UI professional who connects the dots between business needs, innovation and unique design.
Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and have an eye for detail.
Experienced at creating and revising information architecture documents and diagrams including: content diagrams, wire frame diagrams and static prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and software developers to define, design, and deliver new software products for both web and mobile. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of user interface designs.
Be THE evangelist for UI best practices and design excellence across the entire product line.
Manage and develop a team of UX/UI designers. Set clear goals, manage projects and allocate people accordingly, ensuring deadlines are created and met.
Conceptualize at a high level about product strategy and vision.

6 years' experience of UI/UX and product design for mobile applications (Apple iOS and/or Android), desktop and web applications.
Experience in both B2C and B2B products.
Team management experience.
Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
Fluent in responsive design, web, mobile/tablet UI UX.
Excellent visual (sketches, wireframes, screen mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc.), verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree with focus on user interface/interaction design, mobile design or information design, or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of degree).
Superior current knowledge of user experience principles, graphic design standards, design trends, and techniques for web and mobile software products.
Directing ongoing usability testing and assessment.
Ability to contribute to project planning and provide time estimates at various stages during the project lifecycle.
Excellent English both written and spoken.
