Netomedia, an established game development company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Retention account manager French - mother tongue level
Retention management for on-line users, by e-mail, Chats and telephone.
• French – mother tongue level – a must.
• Experience in Retention, support and customer’s service in the on-line gaming industry – an advantage.
• Knowledge in the internet environment and Office’s software (especially Word and Excel – high level).
• Good communication skills.
