A leading gaming company is looking for Director of Product

Responsibilities:
• True multi-platform responsibility on both Web and Mobile
• Collaborate to define the product vision, strategy and business model
• Own game metrics and drive the constant growth of the product
• Identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the customer experience
• Define requirements, drive customer experience projects, and work with all relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
• Own feature definitions, detailed requirements, business process changes, internal communications, and implementation plans
• Be detail oriented and play a lead role in the QA process
• Manage ongoing maintenance and enhancement of product features

5+ years of experience in software product management
2+ years of experience as a product group manager
• Experience in direct-to-consumer products – Must
• Gaming company experience – Great Advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to harness people in cross-functional teams and to deliver at great pace and quality
• Passion for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
• Performance-driven and team player
• A true gamer
• Experience creating wire frames for feature development and clear and defined
