Description:

We are looking for a talented backend developer with experience in DB administration to join our Big Data team.

Join the team responsible for data ETL processing of the company's leading product including development of data collecting and visualization infrastructure.

Must-haves:

2+ years of experience with backend technologies (PHP/Python/Ruby)
2-3 years of working experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
Experience with VCS (SVN/Git/Mercurial)

Nice-to-haves:

Working experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop/Hive/PIG)
Working experience with Amazon Services (DynamoDB/RedShift/RDS)
NoSQL (Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB) DB
Ability to work well under time constraints and self-teach
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Innovative, self-motivated, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker
