Description:

MarketsPulse support center is responsible for providing world class assistance to international clients through Skype, email & telephone, as well as monitor and test clients trading platform throughout the day.

Able to operate in a 6x24 operational environment as a first escalation point
Ability to work under pressure, and in long and irregular hours if needed
Capable of reacting quickly to problems and following established procedures to implement solutions
Team Player; Technical leader background is an advantage
High customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English
Basic system administration or similar technical skills
Experience with monitoring tools is an advantage
Background in training is an advantage

Managing the day to day operational activities of MarketsPulse and the 24h support team.
Receive, handle, and follow up on client requests, bugs and issues.
Implement operations processes and create standard workflows for routine activities.
Provide guidance, build and maintain the knowledge base for the support team.
Supervise the monitoring functions, and plan for future activities and events.
Improve the support team's abilities in regard to customer support and monitoring activities.
