Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Team Leader that will own the development of our product's core technology, build and lead a team of highly professional engineers.
The Team Leader, will play a major role in transforming our product into a cloud based service, leveraging our successful core technology
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a well-known university (M.Sc. - a plus)
4+ years of proven experience in leading software development teams developing sophisticated high performance infrastructure products
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud based systems
Proven experience with AWS EC2 and RDS
Solid background in object oriented design and development in C++ of multithreaded, cross-platform scalable infrastructure products
Proven experience in driving an agile development lifecycle and using relevant life cycle management tools
Prior start-up experience
High level written English skills
Nice to Have:
Background in databases, database protocols and database security
Background in security products such as firewalls – network or application
Background in implementing software solutions in commercial cloud environments (Amazon, Google, etc.)
