Position’s general overview and responsibility
We are in search of an experienced, highly capable BI professional, to join our team at the Israel office, for a full time basis, hands on role. We’re looking for a person who will help us to plan and implement our new BI platforms.

1. At least 5 years of experience in BI.
2. Background in development: Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, etc.
3. Experience with Hadoop and its echo system (MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Impala, CDH) and other big data platforms. Experience in batch processing and streaming APIs.
4. Proficient knowledge of data modeling concepts and dimensional modeling.
5. Extensive experience in SQL Databases (ability to write complex SQL queries, scripts & SP).
6. Willingness to work both as a team member and independently, while being self-motivated and self-directed
7. Interpersonal and highly motivated, quick learner, energetic individual and team player with good communication skills.
8. Fluent English.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field.

1. Experience with Agile development process a plus, scrum development methodology.
2. Experience working with Git as version management platform.
3. Experience in Microsoft BI suite (ETL, SQL, SSIS, and SSAS).
4. Experience working at online advertising, gaming, or other online companies while working with large datasets.
5. Experience in Unix/Linux
