Position: QA Engineer

Description:

The QA team is looking for a motivated, highly technical QA Engineer with excellent problem solving and testing skills.

Understand the product/module requirement and come up with required detailed test plans for new features
Create a detailed test design for the old and new system areas
Create detailed test cases
Review production documentation and provide feedback
Perform functional and performance testing
Cooperate with different departments – R&D and QA
Investigate and recreate discovered/reported issues
Report on problems and data analysis

3+ years practical experience in software testing
Demonstrated ability to own a complete functional area of an application or product
Good understanding of QA methodologies & practices
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work independently
Ability to work in tight schedule
Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology
Knowledge of windows environment a communication protocols
Experience in testing software applications for mobile phones/devices – an advantage
Holds B.A., B.Sc. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Exact Sciences an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly responsible - willing to take the initiative
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
