The Security Operations Center is responsible for actively monitoring LivePerson’s systems and infrastructure in order to identify potential security risks, respond to alerts generated from a wide array of Security tools, fine-tune the systems and help mitigate potential cyber attacks against LivePerson services.

About the position:
The job is focused on building up and improving real-time security monitoring and security related incident response framework as part of a newly established group. We are looking for an expert with vast hands-on experience in operating security infrastructure and technologies, as well as experience in establishing security monitoring processes. incident response protocols and constant improvement of security measures within the organization.
Job Requirements:3-5 years of experience working in a similar role (as team leader), with SIEM systems hands on

experience
Experience in building up new teams and coordinating new processes
Experience in alerts, escalations and day-to-day IT security operations.
Experience in ongoing maintenance, improvement and tuning of security infrastructure and security
systems
Hands on experience in Networking, Firewalls, IDS, Operating Systems (both Windows and Linux),
Security technologies
Experience in vulnerability assessment (scans, remediation)
Experience with Incident response, root cause analysis and constant improvement
Ability to support during US hours
The job requires on call duty
