We are looking for experienced sales manager to join us in conquering the mobile advertising industry. The ideal candidate has advertising sales experience with a terrific reputation for over achieving quota while focusing on the customer. S/he will have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing strategic client needs to the organization. The Head of sales will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading online/Saas company, consumer technology firm or sophisticated interactive advertising agency. S/he will thrive in fast paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills.

Strategic Objectives

• Manage, create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Be able to penetrate both large and small organizations
• Create and implement sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory
• Manage one sales manager and report the team’s result to the management
• Analyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Qualifications

Professional traits that are not unique to this position, but necessary for Ajillion leaders:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ year sales experience
• Managerial experience is a plus
• Exhibits excellent judgment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
• Strong results orientation and Thinks big
