Description:

CTERA Networks is a fast-growing startup in the space of cloud storage and is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the CTERA sales force and partner base.

At CTERA you will:

Generate reports, create dashboards and fully administer Salesforce.com (i.e., Pricing, Quoting, Opportunities creation etc.) for day to day operations as well as specific projects.
Create forecast & trending reporting, conduct business & lead analysis, using Salesforce.com, Excel and Pardot so as to simplify data and turn into actionable goals.
Improve end to end sales order management process from Salesforce.com phase to orders received.
Generate price proposals, create templates and educate field sales on pricing and quotes process.
Support CTERA sales regional in the usage and adoption of Salesforce.com, quoting, forecasting and pipeline review.
Assist the regions in onboarding and enablement of new channel partners in all issues of sales operation and support (how to work with CTERA, pricing, quoting to the channel, education and training).
Work closely with internal CTERA resources/team members (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management) for all issues of data analysis to facilitate deal execution and accurate reporting).
Desired Skills and Experience:

Proficient and experienced with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel – A must
Skillful with using reporting tools, lead management systems (Pardot) and ERP
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and data analysis skills.
Responsive, service oriented and capable of problem solving in a timely manner.
Min 3 years of experience working in similar positions in the high tech industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Familiar with Cloud Storage and networking technologies – A plus
