Ajillion is a startup company with an amazing technology, recently acquired by Crossrider. Our product is a mobile advertising SaaS system that runs in the cloud. We serve a few billion requests per day, generating the optimal result for each one by utilising a sophisticated algorithm that runs on top of hundreds of nodes. We use bleeding edge technology, mostly open source, and we constantly adapt to new technologies. We are looking for experienced Devops Engineer to join us and set new standards in the field.
The perfect candidate is someone who knows Linux inside and out, and has experience in supporting extremely loaded systems, with at least dozens of servers, and at least some experience in automation (puppet, chef, ansible, salt, or simply your own scripts).
Either BASH or Python vast experience is a must.
Experience as a developer in the past is a great plus
Familiarity with AWS is a must. A deep understanding of most Amazon services (not limited to EC2 only) is a great plus.
