Moovit is seeking a talented, passionate Spanish-speaker to join our Operations team. The new team member will be responsible for:
Supporting the app operations in Spanish-speaking markets
Responsible for customer support of Moovit users worldwide
Identifying, correcting and improving data of city transportation
Translating app content
Spanish as a mother tongue- a must
Experience in customer support
Knowledge in EXCEL & SQL – advantage
Experience in a B2C company
Proactive, independent and enthusiastic individual
Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
