The Business Performance Department is responsible for enhancing Plarium’s success by ensuring excellent performance across all areas of the business, including marketing, game & product design, retention, monetization, and more.

The department builds, operates and optimizes these processes across the entire company through industry leading analytical practices, product understanding and a customer focused approach.

We are looking for a Monetization Analyst with a passion for data to join our industry-leading monetization team and to help drive informed business decisions for Plarium. Using your technical and data visualization skills, your job is to tell the story behind the numbers and to understand how people interact with our products. As a Monetization Analyst you will be on the cutting edge of analysis, leveraging our data sources to propose new, innovative ideas.

Leverage data to understand our products in great detail, identifying areas of opportunity and executing projects to drive growth and engagement of Plarium users;
Work closely with the development teams to both analyze existing features and ensure successful implementation of new features;
Evaluate & measure CRM campaigns ROI, A\B Testing results and Trends;
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products.

2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company;
BA/BSc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering or other quantitative field;
Excellent knowledge of SQL language and strong Excel skills;
Proven experience leading data driven projects;
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage a project or product;
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
Experience building and applying statistical models is an advantage;
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
