Fixya is seeking an Online Marketing Superstar to own and execute its user acquisition and monetization strategies. That person will own and lead a team of user acquisition, monetization, and Analytics professionals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for achieving and scaling the company’s user acquisition (SEM) and monetization (eCPM and RPM) objectives.
Own and execute the company’s SEM strategies and operations, currently driving more than 7M Users/mo.
Hit SEM goals while sustaining positive ROI and growing profit margins.
Test, optimize, and execute new methodologies and channels to scale user acquisition.
Own and scale remnant ad networks yield and eCPM.
Identify and forge partnerships with new text and display ad networks and partners.
Optimize ad revenues and yield and hit RPM goals.
Own and lead BI efforts and provide monetization and acquisition reporting to senior management.
8+ years experience in user acquisition for a large-scale Internet company.
Proven success in growing acquisition and monetization beyond $10M/yr
Extremely analytical and execution oriented. Gets things done.
Strategic yet entrepreneurial and resourceful at the same time.
Creative, out of the box thinker.
Solid Rolodex of ad networks and monetization partners.
A master of SEM strategies and techniques.
Experience with site flow conversion optimization and A/B testing
Negotiating skills and business acumen required to forge new partnerships.
A great leader and motivator
BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
