Position: Sales Order Processing (SOP) Admin

Description:

CTERA Networks is a fast-growing startup in the space of cloud storage and is seeking a Sales Order Processing (SOP) Admin, for a full-time position in our Petach Tikva Offices, for a period of 6 months with an option to stay afterwards.

Responsibilities include:

Order-to-Cash process: Receiving, checking and issuing invoices and license certificates.
Managing accounts receivable.
Working intensively on the company's ERP.
Serving as the focal point for customers and sales staff for SOP.

Requirements:

Fluent English – Verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and service mentality.
Level 2 bookkeeper – An advantage.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Team player.
Able to handle a challenging, dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
The position is one of trust, sometimes requiring email response during evening hours (on average 30 minutes per day).
