An amazing opportunity to join a startup company as HR leader, working directly with the CEO and company founders to support the company hyper growth. You would take a very significant part in massive hiring and thus be a contributor in shaping company’s talent and culture.
Responsibilities:
Develop a pool of qualified candidates through all sources
Initiate new paths for sourcing passive candidates
Conduct pre screening interviews and in depth interviews for a variety of roles
Lead and coordinate the hiring process
Take over all HR aspect in the company
Qualifications and Experience:
At least five years of experience in HR function in an hi-tech company
Substantial experience in frontal and pre screening interviews
Strong sourcing experience
Excellent English level
Start up experience – an advantage
