Ongage http://www.ongage.com is searching for a driven individual with a proven track record and experienced in B2B/SaaS sales to fill the exciting and challenging role of Account Manager. Ongage is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service Company and we’re looking for an ideal candidate who will join our sales team in Israel.
Our ideal candidate would be expected to fully understand the depth of the email vertical and our target customers, both marketers and email vendors, in order to turn as many entities as possible from this audience group into qualified leads who will join Ongage platform.
Duties:
Setting and achieving company’s revenues growth targets and specific KPIs
Onboarding existing clients to employ their full operation with Ongage platform
Upselling and cross selling to existing clients
Understanding and eliminating clients technical needs and growth barriers
Activation of new clients via persistent calls, emails and follow ups
Set up product tutorials, demonstrations and ongoing product support with clients
General sales administration tasks
Client account management and retention
Build an account management department as the company grows

We're looking for an enthusiastic, KPIs, goal-driven, analytically-minded, lead generation experienced and online sales person.
The role requires a track record of managing a B2B account management team. The essence of this role would be to plan, manage, sell, market and onboard the company’s clients to employ their entire email operation through Ongage. The role requires to work in close alignment internally and through outsourcing with content writers, product managers, designers, developers, the sales team, the support team, the marketing team, external partners and service providers.
A must
At least 3 years of Sales experience of international B2B / SaaS
At least 2 years of Customer Success & Account Management experience in international B2B / SaaS
Super sales oriented – The job core definition is to increase the annual revenue/value of our clients – Customer Success is driven with creative sales tactic skills
Available to focus on the American market

Advantage
Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising space
In-depth knowledge of the AD-TECH vertical
Experience with the Email Marketing vertical
Recruiting and managing a team of account managers

Personal Skills
Native English or ultra-high level of English communication abilities (most of the company’s clients are based internationally and in the US in specific)
Quick learning abilities, great people skills, highly organized, methodological and 24/7 availability
Excellent intercommunication skills
