Zerto, the industry’s first hypervisor-based, virtual-aware, replication solution for tier-one applications, is looking for a 24\7 Technical Support Engineer
As a 24\7 Support Engineer, you will provide first-aid and preliminary technical support to Enterprise customers, Cloud Service Providers and business partners that are leveraging Zerto in order to protect their application or offer Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS).

Provide initial support and first-aid to customer issues and service requests
Manage and track customers issues
Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by web portal, telephone and e-mail
Familiarize with Zerto product lines, workflows, and best practices
Work directly with and escalate issues to other Support groups within Zerto
Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base
Proven technical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent in spoken and written English
Experience with VMware vSphere family (advantage)
Student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math etc. with at least 2 years left.
