We’re looking to grow our team as we expand our product set and customer base.
We now need a Cloud Operation Engineer who will take responsibility for our customer and internal infrastructure and processes.
The candidate will be part of a talented team that provides operational support for systems and services in our cloud infrastructure environments.

We are looking for candidate who will perform as a senior member of the systems administration cloud team to support the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, modification, security, and upgrading of our cloud systems that provide to our customers all over the world.

It is a critical 24/7/365 system used by clients all over the world.

Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure and application services in our data centers on Amazon cloud and other Cloud providers
Install and manage the ClickSoftware applications in our staging / production environments on the Cloud platform
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve network or system issues in Cloud production environment to ensure we have the highest uptime and performance
Participate in our 24/7 on-call emergency schedule, responding to both platform and software outages

Extensive sys admin experience with Linux and Windows.
Experience with OSSEC, Apache, Mysql, Oracle, NGINX SNORT, SFTP, OPENVPN, SSH Keys Management, Log Management, Cron, Bash/Python Scriptsׂ)
High-Level understanding of how enterprise systems work
Experience with Amazon EC2, S3, Security Groups and VPC
Networking experience - TCP/IP, administration of networking hardware, network monitoring and load balancing
Experience with Firewall/security
Working with vitalization platforms such as VMWare, HyperV etc…
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
