Retention management for on-line users, by e-mail, Chats and telephone.
Requirements:
• French – mother tongue level.
• Experience in Retention, support and customer’s service in the on-line gaming industry – a must.
• Knowledge in the internet environment and Office’s software (especially Word and Excel – high level).
• Good communication skills.
