Position: Support Line

Description:

Spikko is looking for support line to assist with our international market
Provide phone and web support for a variety of clients
Answering customer queries by phone and mail.
Answer and deliver industry knowledge from inbound inquiries about our solution
Troubleshoot Application Issues
Provide Pre and Post-Sales Support for Inside Sales Team
Up-Sell Current Client Accounts
Escalate Problems to R&D, Product Manager, Sales etc'
Job Requirements:

Must - Native English –
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Proficiency in office - an advantage
Service orientation
Team player
A self-starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast paced environment where priorities change constantly
Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way
Positive attitude, always willing to put the customers' needs first
