Description:
Community: Establish and maintain an efficient framework for community management. Your goal will be to please as many customers as possible through customer support tickets, social media and other communication channels.
Customer feedback management: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, both reactively and proactively, to help us understand our users better. You’ll be the glue between Smore’s customers and the future of our product.
Influencer outreach: Identify growth channels for Smore; manage outreach communications with bloggers and community leaders; learn from each experience.
Content: Write, distribute and evaluate content with three goals in mind: driving growth through SEO/discoverability, providing value to Smore customers, increasing brand awareness.
Generate and execute projects that will result in higher customer satisfaction and engagement.
General marketing communication and copywriting tasks.
Basic notion of SEO and content distribution techniques.
Good analytical skills.
Basic Google Analytics skills.
Business/Marketing/Communications university degree.
Good understanding of social networks other than Facebook and Twitter.
Additional marketing expertise (public relations, blogger outreach, event management, affiliate management, PPC, etc.)
Fluency in additional languages.
