Technological / scientific leader in the field of innovative chemistry for agriculture, managing team members, processes and projects in the team, outlining a scientific path leveraging company's technological capabilities.
Direct management of a research team.
Dominant partner in designing team strategy and forming multi-year work-plans according to strategy.
Mapping existing capabilities and gaps in expectations.
Execution of work-plans in line with the matrix structure in the organization.
Proven scientific and managerial professionalism in chemical discovery (ag-chemistry, drug discovery).
Managerial experience of 3-5 years in a company. Scientific publications – advantage.
Experience in interfacing with business development / product management.
PhD in Chemistry
Background in plant science – advantage, optional
