- Work from home Sunday mornings + Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Israel time
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Fast-paced environment centered on the customer
- Manage demanding customers and exceed their expectations
- Constant verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers
- Juggling many tasks at once with precision and focus
- Native English speaker
- Must be very computer-savvy
- Highly intelligent and fast learner
- Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed.
- Excellent at multi-tasking and productivity
- Analytical mindset with ability to recognize patterns
- Customer service, copywriting, and/or high technology background a plus
